ACACIA PACKAGE
This package is perfect for those couples who want to plan their day, their way! We can customise this package with any of our other inclusions (such as day-of coordination).
- Venue hire with Marri, Jarrah, Sheoak, Wattle buildings, and the Pool House. Checking in Friday at 3pm and out on Sunday at 11am.
- Reception space with firepit and kitchenette space, plus well-appointed bathrooms.
PLANNING & COORDINATION PACKAGE
The perfect add-on to our venue hire. Bring in our expert team to help make your wedding dream a reality.
- From concept to execution, we craft a cohesive vision, source vendors, and manage every detail.
- Timeline creation, budget management, and liaising with vendors to ensure a seamless experience.

DAY-OF COORDINATION
Hand over the reins & leave the coordination to the professionals while you celebrate your special day! Our expert team are on hand to take care of every detail while you dance the night away. We can handle things like:
- Time management for the day, providing support for the MC, speech givers and vendors as well as friends and family attending the wedding
- Set up of decor items provided by the couple including menu cards, candles, vases, guest book and cake stations, favours
- Bring you snacks and drinks during your photos
- Assist wedding party to prepare for ceremony and reception entrance
