We all long for a fun weekend getaway with our friends, the problem is that you can’t really relax because you have to constantly keep the kids entertained. It’s exhausting!
Get excited! We’ve figured out the perfect solution. The Jarrahfall Food & Folk Festival is unlike anything else around. We’ve taken our 27 years experience running school camps and smooshed it together with weekend camping and a music lineup!
Discover fun & talented local musicians telling engaging stories with music suitable for all ages. We have a great line up of live music Friday and Saturday afternoons and into the evenings.
This is a family-friendly event with children’s entertainment and live music. Children’s activities are tailored to 6 to 12-year old’s but the big kids are more than welcome to have a go.
With 27 years experience running school camps, we know how to keep kids busy! Some of these are standalone activities and some are part of activity sessions
We have a fun-filled lineup of things happening all weekend. Plenty to entertain you and the kids.
Campgrounds open at 9am Friday the 2nd and 9am Saturday the 3rd . Gates close at 6pm each night. If you need to arrive after 6pm on the Friday please contact Jarrahfall so we can make arrangements.
Campers can stay on Thursday the 1st and Sunday the 4th by purchasing extra nights accommodation when booking tickets.
Campers will need to checkout by 12 noon on the Sunday morning unless booking extra nights.
Yes, there are noise restrictions at 10pm each night in the camping grounds. This is a family friendly event so please respect other campers and children at the event by turning off music no later than 10pm each night.
Vehicle movements are strictly at walking pace. For the safety of all patron’s vehicle movements in the camping grounds will be restricted from 6pm to 6am each night. Please see a member of staff should an emergency arise and you need to move your vehicle between these hours, an escort will be provided.
Campsites are available if you want to join us for weekend campout under the stars. Camping MUST be pre-purchased. You are welcome to bring you big caravan, camper trailer, tent or a favourite swag. You will be directed to the camping area upon arrival.
Please note all sites are NOT powered and there are NO shower facilities.
Coming from Perth, on the Kwinana Freeway turn left into Pinjarra Road
Continue to Pinjarra and turn left onto South Western Highway
In 500m turn right on Pinjarra Williams Rd and continue to Dwellingup
Once in Dwellingup continue 1.4km to the cemetery and turn right onto Vandals Rd
Follow the signs to the gate, once onsite follow directions to the parking and camping area where you will be greeted, tickets confirmed and given directions for parking or camping.
Delicious food & soft drinks will be available for you to purchase from various vendors at the grounds. You can also bring your own food if you wish.
There are no alcohol sales at the event, alcohol can be brought with you or purchased at the local IGA.
Toilets are located throughout the grounds and are free of charge. However, there are no shower facilities available.
There will be water available for washing and drinking during the festival.
Cameras are allowed – feel free to document the experience and share it with your friends. Please note that the use of personal drones is not permitted at the festival.
Personal gas BBQs and small contained campfires are ok but all trace must be removed.
A cleaning fee may apply to the groups if the campsite is left in poor condition.
Bring your pre-purchased tickets!
Your favourite camping set up tent, campervan, camper trailer or caravan.
Chairs and picnic rugs etc.
Bring your sunscreen, sunglasses and hate/shade for daytime.
Warm clothes will be needed for the eventing.
Please leave the site the way you find it, bring your own bags to collect and take home your rubbish. Let’s keep the area beautiful!
Please pay particular attention to the disposal of plastics and cigarette butts.
All ticketing is handled by Oztix and is subject to Oztix ticketing policy.
Jarrahfall does not refund the cost of any tickets except in the event that the festival is cancelled. Tickets may be assigned to others provided the original purchaser advises Jarrahfall of the identity of the new owner. Ticket holders who do not match the identity of the ticket purchaser may be refused entry.
The Jarrahfall Bush Camp is a rustic bush location with unsealed tracks and paths. Before booking, we highly recommend that you contact us for more information and to discuss if the festival venue is suitable with regard to your specific needs and concerns. Jarrahfall Bush Camp is not equipped to determine the site’s suitability for your needs. Make sure you have confirmed the suitability of the site before booking as we have a ‘no refund’ policy.
Pets are not allowed during Jarrahfall events for the comfort of other patrons.
The event organiser reserves the right to withdraw, reschedule or substitute artist/s and/or vary advertised prices, event times and inclusions without notice. The event organiser reserves the right of admission and to enforce the venue entry conditions.
Should the event be cancelled or rescheduled the event organiser will contact you via the nominated email address.
Vehicles must be driven at walking pace within the whole festival site.
Festival attendees must be aware that professional photographers will be present and attendees may be photographed and their images used in social media and advertising.
Personal drones are not allowed within the festival site.
Dogs are not allowed within the festival site.
There are natural hazards, including dams and trip hazards on this rural site and attendees are encouraged to be aware of their environment. Please remember dams are a drowning risk, parents should ensure children are supervised at all times.
Festival organisers reserve the right to remove any person who:
is in breach of the terms and conditions as outlined;
is involved in any illegal activity, including underage drinking.
The following matters will be referred to police and the offender/s escorted from the site;
is behaving in a manner that unreasonably interferes with another person’s enjoyment of the festival;
is causing damage or threatens the safety of any other people on the site;
possesses flares or fireworks.
